Florida Puerto Rican Parade 2025 – Online Application

Join us for the Florida Puerto Rican Parade on Saturday, April 26, 2025, in Downtown Orlando from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM. This year, we dedicate the parade to the Municipality of Aguadilla, “City of Enchantments,” with the theme “Renewable Energy and the Environment.”

Registration Details:

  • Fee: $103.00 ($100 + 3% service charge)
  • Deadline: April 19, 2025 (subject to early closure if capacity is reached)
  • Theme Acknowledgment: Your presentation must reflect the parade theme.

The festival will begin immediately after the parade.

Upon approval and payment, contingents will be invited to a coordination meeting and receive parade permits.

Regarding Floats: if your group is participating with a float, please indicate so on the Registration form. 

  • All floats must provide a copy of float insurance policy. 
  • All floats that do not reflect the Puerto Rican culture will not participate in the parade.
  • Throwing items from the float into the crowd is forbidden and is ground for removal from the parade.
  • Parade coordinating committee will discuss and approve float participation fees with all organizations

Float Size

Fees for floats and vehicles may be applied after verification by the committee.

Only floats authorized by the Parade will be allowed to participate.
