2022 FLORIDA PUERTO RICAN PARADE
After a couple of years of interruptions by the COVID-19 Pandemic, the 2022 Parade and Festival returns to its original date in April. It will be held on Saturday, April 23, 2022, along Orange Avenue in downtown Orlando. The parade is dedicated to the city of Ponce, Puerto Rico’s second-largest city well-known as the “Pearl of the South.” It is located on the island’s southern coast highlighted by its historical and cultural downtown. Throughout the years many Poncenos have achieved notable recognition in and out of Puerto Rico. It is the home of a rich musical and performers history, and the hub of economic activity in the southwest of the island.
The theme of the Parade is “Education…Pathway to the Future” and will highlight educational professionals that constantly strive and are committed to educate and develop opportunities for the community, specifically our youth.

Quiero agradecerle todo su ayuda para poder asistir en la parada puertorriqueña aquí en Orlando. Gracias a usted, pude estar rodeada de personas que no solo me dieron la bienvenida, sino que me hicieron sentir como parte de ellos. Me siento sumamente contenta y emocionada. Fue una experiencia única que jamás olvidare.
